Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by Coast and Country Holidays Yorkshire. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This website is an information and enquiry service for holiday properties. It lets you read about each property, check which dates look free and send an enquiry.

No bookings are made and no payments are taken on this website.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry is not a booking. It does not reserve or hold a property or any dates, and it does not create a contract.

If a stay is agreed, the booking is made directly between you and the owner of the property. The owner will give you their own booking terms and conditions, including any price, deposit, payment and cancellation terms, before the booking is confirmed. Those terms, not these website terms, will govern your stay.

Availability and descriptions

Availability shown on the site is a guide only and may not be up to date, for example where dates are booked elsewhere. Availability is only confirmed when the owner confirms it with you.

We take care to describe each property accurately, but descriptions, photos, facilities and capacity are provided for information and may change. Please check anything that is important to you with us or the owner before you book.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and considerately. You must not send false, abusive or misleading enquiries, try to access accounts or areas you are not allowed to use, interfere with the site's security or operation, or use automated tools to copy or collect content from the site.

Owner and manager accounts are personal. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Content and photos

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to us, to the property owners or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse any content or photos without permission.

Availability of the site

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and working, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

Our liability

We are not responsible for any loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Because the site is free to use and no booking is made through it, our liability in connection with the site is limited as far as the law allows.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other websites

The site includes links to other websites, such as booking platforms and local attractions. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Using them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your information

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the protection of the law and courts of your home country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies whenever you use the site. These terms were last updated on 4 October 2026.
